Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Psaki was the oldest of three daughters. She was the daughter of Eileen Dolan Medvey (Psychotherapist 8] and Dimitrios R. Psaki (Greek, Demetrios R. Psakes), who were both real estate agents. Her grandfather had come to Greece in 1904, and her maternal grandmother was of Irish heritage. Her parents got married in the year 1976. Psaki has Polish ancestry. She graduated from Greenwich High School, 1996. In 2000, she received a degree from College of William & Mary. She is a Chi Omega sorority member. Psaki participated in backstroke swimming with the William & Mary Tribe for two years. Psaki was initially involved during the 2001 re-election campaigns by Tom Harkin and Tom Vilsack for Governor of Iowa. Psaki was later appointed the deputy press secretary of John Kerry's presidential campaign for 2004. Psaki served from 2005 to 2006 as the communications director for Joseph Crowley, U.S. representative and as regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC announced that Psaki will be a political analysts during 2022's United States elections, and during the 2024 presidential election. In 2023 she will also host a show for MSNBC's Peacock streaming channel. Her first television appearance came on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she discussed the Robb Elementary School shooting.
